At PinkCherry Canada, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals are intact and included.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
